Everywhere I have seen it it has been at most 99c, usually 3 for $2 or something similar.
Maybe baby sized tubes? 40g?
No mate, the real deal, from most local chemists and indian/asian grocers anyway. Not going to neg ofcorse, it isn't a bad price, handy for travelling with as it fits under the 100g/ml limit, and it is from a store that is in more places than not, so could help some people trying to save a few $$.

Is that a suggestion on its quality? Because it has always been really poor for years every time I used it (not sure where it was made before). Like as if there was sand in the toothpaste. Yerkkkhhhhh. It is definitely not worth more than 99c so I wouldn't call this a bargain, cheap price for a product that has always had inferior quality.
You can get made in India Coles "Smart Buy" toothpaste for about 99c as well.

I used to buy this when I was poor and on centerlink benefit. Now not anymore! i bring back good brand toothpaste like sensodyne from overseas like 5-6 tubes. last me 1 tube a month :)
I don't think the gel variety is usually 99 cents. Normally it is the other two "non-gel" flavors you can get for $3 for 3
99c has been the normal price for AIM toothpaste for years
