Cisco Webex Room Kit is a powerful collaboration solution that integrates with flat panel displays to bring more intelligence and usability to your small to medium-sized meeting rooms – whether registered on the premises or to Cisco Webex in the cloud.

Cisco Webex Room Kit overview

Cisco Webex™ Room Kit delivers the unmatched video and audio experience customers have come to expect from Cisco. In addition, new capabilities enable even smarter meetings, smarter presentation capabilities, and smarter room and device integrations – further removing the barriers to usage and deployment of video in small to medium-sized rooms.

The Room Kit – which includes camera, codec, speakers, and microphones integrated in a single device – is ideal for rooms that seat up to seven people. It offers sophisticated camera technologies that bring speaker-tracking capabilities to smaller rooms. The product is rich in functionality and experience but is priced and designed to be easily scalable to all of your small conference rooms and spaces – whether registered on the premises or to Cisco Webex.

  • Cheap price for 9k

Would opt for Logitech Tap solution or Crestron Flex with TEAMS or Zoom before going for Cisco

    • Yeah I wouldnt touch Cisco for VC equipment not unless you're already deep into Webex

    • Or Mimo Myst Link + accessories or Atlona OME-MS42 or any other of the 100 enterprise VC solutions for Corporate customer before going for Cisco or certain Poly solutions, both Cisco and Poly are generally overpriced POS systems that lock in the EU.

    • Any suggestions for sub $2k?

      • Depends on your use case, like a Bose VB-S with a laptop is fine for a huddle room, but if you want something for a large room with a touch screen and uses a dedicated PC, then it's a different setup, and also how many screens, size etc etc all depend. A good SI is really what you need for a corporate install. If you have any questions you can send me a message

    • You wanted Crestron in 2024?
We sell a lot, when we can get it.

      • Yep those lead times suck at the moment, but plenty of suitable alternatives available atm

  • Unless you in a cooperate world, just get a tablet lol
maybe even cheaper to buy a Sony OLED 83" and a camera

    • Yeah you could fit out a couple of rooms with a 65-75" Samsung TV, a logitech conference cam and a USB-C dock/mini PC for the same price as this.

Unless this has some magic that stops people talking while on mute, or getting so close to the camera you can see their stomach contents, it's not worth it.

    • Are you really a true ozbargainer? Should have bought 10 its that cheap.

    • Reported. You buy too much. ;)

  • I've always wondered who actually buys stuff like this from an online retail store? There are B2B channels and integrators for this kind of thing.
