Chiswick Plumbing are offering Sydney-metro residents a discount on the supply & installation of new water-saving ceramic toilet suites.

Not sure if it's a great bargain, but the price they're advertising (from $799 inc.GST) is around the same price my parents paid a plumber earlier this year to just change a cistern!!

Those $330 dunny's look like el-cheapos (though, if you're on a tight budget it may be a better option).
I think the Sydney Water equivalent of this CP deal would be the "Premium" toilet suite (it's still a pretty good deal from Sydney Water though!)
I guess Sydney Water have the ability to buy-in-bulk to keep their prices down lower than the "little guys".
