sorry 4k@30 is unusable.
Even 60hz is laggy. 120 is good
I agree. Movies are only 24fps, but even just scrolling a website is painful at 30
Even for Monster, $80 RRP for a HDMI cable that only does 4K 30Hz is f**ked.
Probably cheaper at Kmart and you may also be able to find one that supports 4k@60Hz.

I remember shopping at Harvey Norman 25 years ago and Gerry asked if I want to come to the back and do a comparison with his 'monster.'..
I said 'sure!' and he led me to a display of 2 identical TV's, one with a Monster Cable and one with a standard cable… The monster cabled TV looked better, but when I peered to the back, the monster was using a SVHS cable vs a RF cable for the comparison setup… Felt scammed because it was a deceptive test, and ever since then I shunned Monster cables.
