This is standard price for any top tier preworkout with 30 serves… i don't see the deal.

    • +1

But this is 2 x 30serve, $34.50 each. Which 30 serve are you referring to?

      • Not that I think it’s a stand out deal or anything but you should probably reword your title. It looks like people might not realise it’s 2 x 30 serve.

Ill also point out the same 2 pack offer is available on eBay through xtreme_warehouse, EXPRESS DELIVERED for $69.95 delivered after the SNSDx targeted code but their deal also includes a free shaker, which for 95c more I argue is a better deal over yours.

While I’m here I’ll also chip in that I also think c4 pre is meh compared to Total War.

        • Thanks for the heads up. It did occur to me to make it clearer it is 2 tubs of 30 serve.

As for that other deal with the code on ebay it is a minimum spend of $100. For people willing to spend it there are savings. Ours is a different deal for people only interested in the one product.

You can get C4 60 serve for $50-55 delivered which is what I usually go for.

    • C4 is the fkin bomb. I swear the pump is different from anything I've had.

      • C4 is for casuals. But if it works for you thats all you need.

        • +4

Lol ok boss, I usually snort a line of pure beta alanine then I'm set for a harcore session of bicep curls in the squat rack.

    • +2

C4 is dogshit worthless underdosed indegredients.

No high quality evidence to show that pre-workouts even work so I wouldn't waste your money.

    • Plenty of high-quality evidence supporting caffeine and creatine for the enhancement of physical performance/endurance.

Agreed there is less research supporting / no benefit for the other ingredients in a healthy individual.

Plenty of negatives too. So each their own if they choose to use pre.

      • So take that and don't waste your money on a pre-workout and caffeine is only effective if you don't get enough sleep.

    • Lol .. caffeine?

    • 😂😂 what misinformation

  • Saw Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 2x30 for $69 and got excited thinking it was Whey. :')

    • +1

When you got excited, did you say "No Whey" , then found out you were right?

  • I initally saw this and thought it was Optimum dog food. I assume my staffy x mastiff would be off his head if i gave this to him.

  • Want assistance with you training look at a Creatine supplement. My wife took this when she trained at the VIS and her strength and speed improvement was noticable, but required hard training, which is something many miss.
BTW dont listen to gym numpties or paper personal trainers, consult a degree qualified exercise physiologist for advice on sports nutrition.
