ALDI special buy starting today includes 3 flavours of the 1kg Botanika Blend vegan protein powder. I bought this one in Kelvin Grove, as the brand is based in Brisbane I’m not sure if it’s available outside of the city/state.

Whist not amazing for protein powder in general, for an actually decent tasting vegan protein powder, it’s pretty dang good. Usually about $60 for a 1kg I haven’t ever seen it this cheap.

Flavours are Apple Pie, Custard filled Donut (as opposed to just on top, conceptualising this into powdered form must’ve taken a while), and Golden Chai Latte.

If you’re actually into the macros, the different flavours have different protein content with chai being the highest. Also noting a serving of this powder is 40g as opposed to the usual 30g of other powders.

    I got the chai, super tasty and actually strong flavour. A little on the sweeter side but can’t be mad

      I have never thought to mix protein powder with steamed milk, with winter approaching this may actually be revolutionary

  BB is great, been consuming for years and ALDI have this deal every year. Glad to see it back because their prices direct have gone up.

  Chai is great but has caffeine, doughnut is a mild flavour but nice, apple pie is god tier.

  Grabbed 3kgs of apple pie earlier today.
