Which die should I be looking for in DDR5 series? Especially if I am targetting a Ryzen processor. I recently saw HUB video CL30 6000 is good for them. But not sure about die.
You want Hynix M Die but you can make do with Hynix A Die as well. Just follow Buildzoid's guide on tuning Hynix dies and you will be good.
Out of interest, what's the overall performance gain in this tuning? What sort of reward do you get for your effort and does it impact stability?
@Masakari: Check last 2 of hardwareunboxed videos. If going Ryzen plenty of gains. Not so much with Intel.
Ok, will check that out. Thanks.
For Ryzen ideally you want 6000CL30, I'm not sure how tight Samsung timings go. I have hynix m die running 6400cl32 1.37v on z690+13700k which is the sweet spot for 13th gen imo.
Thanks!
Considering this price is only $50 more expensive than some 3600 DDR4 kits this is a really great price!
Likely Samsung die, but good price
