      "Gaming Performance
The Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7 (80EUs) can run non-demanding titles smoothly. Older games such as Dota 2 Reborn are, actually, playable at 1080p on high settings. "

Buy this one for gaming, it's a great price with a real video card 👍

  • What are people's thoughts on this laptop for daughter starting uni and has a preference for a touchscreen?

Should be cromulent, I would probably go for a Lenovo Yoga (make sure it is a touch) but that might be a bit more expensive (they have a EDU store which has cheaper rates tho).

Spec wise it should be fine. Screen might be slightly dim so can't use it in direct sunlight and battery life should be 5 - 7 hours (but can easily charge with USB-C charger).

Normally M1 Macbook air would be ideal ($1350 off AppleEDU store + I think they still have the free Airpods 2 deal) but it doesn't come with a touch screen. As much as I hate apple, those are well built laptops (no touchscreen tho) and give crazy battery life (like 12 - 18hours)

    • Specs are good and it’s very lightweight.
If battery life is good then go for it.

Dell online has a decent 2in1 for $1398, not sure of battery life though.

  • VGA output and removable battery - Essential in my LifeBook

    • They made mobile phones and TVs also.

theyre also a not very good msp like ibm gsa, dxc… but very much worse… and that's saying a lot as ibm and dxc also… suck

        • 100% as have been with all three that you mentioned.

    • "Fujitsu" stand for "Furukawa-Siemens Telecommunication Equipment".

  • Sad this one doesn’t come with the PalmSecure sensor.
