    Don't do it.

I bought a Stratco shed and the instructions were terrible..to the point they even contradicted.

Nothing of their pieces is labelled, nothing lined up.

    • Can confirm building these required some thought. The instructions were useless.
Once up though , the shed is super sturdy.

They do seem a little overpriced. I was looking at a 1.8 x 1.4 or similar, and the price before discount is a bit high. With the discount, I thought it might just be ok, but not what I'd call a bargain. Maybe they're particularly well made or something though? Dunno.

      Edit:

Ok…so let's compare with Bunnings. These any good vs Stratco? I really don't know.

      Stratco Handi-Mate 1.86W x 1.47D x 1.9H (m) - $730 - 20% off makes it under $600 somewhere right?
Absco (Bunnings) 2.26W x 1.44D x 2.0H - $499 (Not terrible reviews all up at 4.3…the usual "Oh it's hard to build…the instructions are terrible…wahh!", on top of generally positive reviews)
      EnduraShed (Bunnings special order) 2.25W x 1.5D x 2.24H - $696

The Bunnings options are bigger, but I couldn't see an exact match. I like the offset door on the Stratco too, and I might be able to get this at Bunnings in another type (but perhaps not the gable roof).

Unless somebody tells me the Stratco is miles ahead in build quality, I'm going to go with - not really a deal.

Re the Stratco, for my location it says only delivery is available - $128 for that. I could possibly pick up a kit like this, as I own a trailer. With Bunnings I can do the same, or borrow theirs. $40 delivery on the Absco from Bunnings.

  • Not good value at all subpar made products that are overpriced where many of the part just dont line up so you spend 1/2 the day redrilling etc, also delivery cost is absurd accounding for 1/4 of the price with no click and collect option given. Easier to just go to bunnings and get abesco shed there. 20% off and free cbd delivery would be worth it but not just 20% off a already 50% overpriced item.

  • Putting it together requires stratco staff (or loosing hair), both make this deal very expensive. Also 'price in title pls'
