Agreed, still sucks though, getting scratches on a watch like this.
@onlinepred: No scratches on mine but I don't bang them around.
The black & blue dial go on sale @Starbuy for $199 sometimes so I wouldn't call this a bargain. Might be worth waiting to see what comes up in the weekend sale which usually gets posted around 6pm this arvo.

@WatchNerd: I bumped my presage against the washing machine door glass and it chipped it instantly. I am very careful with my watches though, have had smartwatches for years with no scratches, but things do happen, and these get instant marks

This is a different model to the $100 ones.
I'm not sure if Seiko still manufacture the $100 models. The Seiko 5 brand was relaunched in 2019 and the prices went up a bit, but they're still great value.

Sábado, Spanish for Saturday. The date wheels on these watches often have two languages on them, and you can set it to either one.
I cant pay more then $80 for a Seiko 5.
Those were different Seiko 5's that had a 7S26 movement (no handwinding or hacking). Also no drilled lugs & a lower build quality.
They're still around but I don't think they will ever go that low again.

what drugs are you guys on ? Seiko making the best watches at affordable prices. we are very lucky to have them.
