  • most people dropped, mis-placed or left their mobile in somewhere instead

still a good price though :)

  • How exactly does it attach? The video shows an iPhone, but never actually attaches it….

The plastic clasp looks like it would better attach to a keyring, and the metal clip looks like it would go on your clothes/bag/etc.

    • I think they have probably mislabeled the product but I just grabbed it to attach ID cards or keys.

i don't think it is actually an alarm. at least it didn't beep in the video. i think it is more an alerter where you feel the tug

some scum pickpocket had my wallet half-way out of my pocket on a train in barcelona before i felt him. luckily i managed to stop him.

    I do not like Focalprice.

Last time they sold TP-link Nano Routers (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/72075)
They failed to mention that both the documentation and user interface of the device are in Chinese, and the device CANNOT be flashed to English. To make matters worse, the interface differs from the English one, and so does the default configuration. They did not respond to questions in the post about this.

I recommend not to give them your money.

    • not even $0.01?

      • +2

Not even $0.01. They do not deserve the advertising, IMO.
After all, they are not selling at $0.01 to make profit.

          Thanks for the warning…

I can't imagine how disappointed I'd be if I received my Multi-Function Retractable Plastic Cell Phone Anti-Loss Alarm thingos and got the instructions in Chinese !!!

    • How long did it take you to learn Chinese?

      • Been at it for almost 2 years, just for situations like this. I reckon in 5 years, I can program this thing.
Seriously, though. I wasted the first 2 hrs stuffing around because the default IP address of the router is different for the Chinese one compared to the English one. Who would expect that?

    • I recently had an issue with them and logged a pay pal claim. They asked for pics, I gave them, they refunded the money. So like all Chinese retailers, you get mixed results.

This site has a horrible rating according to my Avast! antivirus… just a heads up OzBargainer's :)

  • +2

Damn, I thought it had a real audible alarm that went off when you pulled it out to it's maximum…the comedic implications for such a device at work would be impressive indeed! ;)

  • +2
    1. It doesn't have an alarm!
    2. You cannot attach it to your phone(without extra accessories)

always awkward when the seller doesn't know what they are selling.
this is very handy for those swipe access cards though, i've been looking to get one of those. thanks op
