Zyron inflate their RRP to generate fake discounts. Make sure you keep a look out and compare prices over previous deals rather than % off.

    Amazon RRP $99.99 -22% $77.99

Zyron website: RRP $129.99 discounted down to $99.99

    • -1

Our RRP for a Navitas GaN 2 at $129.99 is reasonable with 2 years warranty and compared to Mophie 120W and Belkin 108W. It isn't about fake but it is the maximum price it can be sold at in Australia :)

      • +4

Why is the RRP for this product on Amazon $99.99 compared to $129.99 on your website?

You set the RRP on Amazon and your website, but there is clear inconsistency throughout both.

        • -7

We treat marketplaces and own website differently. The RRPs are a reference specifically for future when our products are available in local stores that goes through various dealerships.

          • +6

@ibelievesyd: I respectfully suggest to you that RRP does not mean what you think it means

            • +1

@dwarves: Noted. Will pass on the feedback.

          • +2

@ibelievesyd: You guys make a good product (I use the 100W regularly) but damn does the "RRP" feels dishonest.

Still a good actual selling price

            • @Papa Huggies: I remember I saw same being done by one company on dragons den. Well you are pushing your customers away from your website. And losing them to Amazon. You might want to rethink that. I love your products.

  • It has been cheaper in the past so not the lowest price.

    • +2

Previously USD to AUD was $1.33 which is now $1.45 to $1.5. Also, both Australia Post and Amazon have increased the shipping costs after Sept 2022 :)

I got mine for $70 from their pre-order deal.
Considering this price is $8 more, I think it's a good deal if you're looking for one.
Personally, I would prefer the one from this deskpod $70 deal. I can see it is on their website for the discounted of $90.

      $76.49 on amazon for deskpod

      (apply 15% off coupon)

      • Thanks, I ended up ordering it. Yet another one to add to the pile.

        • After ordering, I now remember that I did tell myself to wait for 200W chargers before buying anymore.
Hopefully the willpower is stronger next time.

          • @S2: Never knew about 200w chargers - do you have any models you are looking at?

            • @CodeXD: I haven't been searching, but from another deal, I noticed this suggestion by sjbartley. It's a SATECHI 200W GAN charger. Max out of one port is 160W. I will keep waiting until 200W is available from one port.

              • @S2: Thanks. I did see that. The cost is insane compared to 100W tho haha I'm gonna stick with the deskpod for a while.

White 120W is low stock, more expected in 3-4 days on Amazon but black available here: Black Powastone 120W

    • In my earlier purchase, one port has stopped working, how to get it fixed, no detailed information on how to avail warranty?

      • Option 1: There is a "Chat With Us" button on the bottom right corner. You can leave your message there. If the agent is available you will get real time response or else within 24 hrs
Option 2: Use the Contact us section
Option 3: You can pm me with your order number and the issue. I can help you with replacement.

Zyron a lot better than Heymix ?

    • Was wondering the same, I've been burned by Heymix before (not literally).

    • I have both. I prefer Zyron. I don't have any evidence why. My laptop seems to accept power from the Heymix, but will occasionally flick on and off as if the Heymix is renegotiating the power distribution despite no other devices being plugged and unplugged. It's an occasional annoyance. I have replaced the cable used multiple times and it seems stable for now.
Also, I do think Zyron feels like it used better materials, but I'm biased at this point.

      • Do you know if Zyron supports Samsung Super Fast Charging 2.0?

Heymix does it , but my Belkin 108W can't .
Keen to try out Zyron if it will

        • Zyron supports PPS Fast Charge, I think that is what you are looking for?

PPS Fast Charge your Samsung S21 Ultra to 66% in 30 minutes

        • Yes, all our chargers except 30W supports both SFC 25W and SFC2.0 45W

      • What cables are you using if you have to replace them?

I'm yet to have a USB-C cable fail.

    • returned my heymix (full refund Amazon), not worth the fire risk

  • I bought one the other day from Amazon and it was an open box. I am sending it back.

  • I have this charger and it’s awesome.

Regularly charging any mix of devices. Chromebooks, laptops, android phones, iPhones, headphones, MacBooks. Everything seems to charge fastest on this charger so it’s the go to charger for the family.
