      • Yep - ordered last night at 5.15pm on SB app and no tracking for either yet…
        (GYB always says use PayPal for best results so its a bit stupid that I had to pay by Westpac CC and looks like its going to be a manual claim - at least I took a screenshot from SB app which should help)

    Mine hasn't tracked yet either. One order via PC, ordered ~6pm yesterday for pickup…

  • My menulog order on one sb account yesterday morning tracked both cashback and Westpac cc bonus but my menulog order on another sb account at around 6 pm shop back cashback tracked but no Westpac debit card bonus yet.

    Other Westpac bonus offers have worked on both SB accounts in the past.
    There must be a delay on the Westpac bonuses for people who ordered in the late afternoon/evening

  • 2nd pizza hut order still not tracked. How does the claim work for this now ?? two claims for 50% of $6.95 ?

    • I think you can only do 1 claim per order. I just did mine and wrote that they also need to add the Westpac 50% in the message box. In the past they have been generally OK about sorting things. If they don't then at least we can PM GYB if needed!

    2nd-4th orders' cashback never tracked.

    Never even received email confirmation for the third order, will be an uphill battle to get this approved I reckon.

  • SB tracking updated within minutes after pickup. But Westpac part still not tracked yet.

  • My PC order picked up yesterday didn't track. Just put in a missing cashback report. I've never had an issue with purchases clicked through desktop browser and always assumed it was the "safer" option.

      • Seems like it was a problem with their backend rather than the choice of frontend.

        • CB is much reliable, compare with sb, track time much shorter, and pizza hut always immediate

  • After trying every item on the menu (not all pizzas of course), I have to say the best food from Pizza Hut is the brownie. Highly recommended!

    Shopback has been rely unreliable as of late. I’ve had to put in claims or email shopback direct for missing or wrong cashbacks. Uber eats ,Coles ,DoorDash and this one have either not tracked all given me wrong cashbacks lately.

    Cashrewards has been much better almost immediate. Did a menulog order tonight and got the 20% cash back virtually straight away.
    And the boost cashbacks are immediate every time.

    Hey there mates, sorry for the late update on this one, I've been catching up earlier in the week but am happy to provide an update on this one. Sorry to hear folks have had some tracking difficulties on this one, we're aware of some technical trouble on Pizza Hut's end that can impact tracking, so I'd definitely recommend submitting a Missing Cashback claim if you've faced any, we're approving these as a priority while we work on ironing out kinks with Pizza Hut's tracking so you shouldn't have trouble getting these approved.       got 50% pizzhut tracked but not 50% westpac portion, do we lodge at all or westpac will come automatically since pizzahut is lodged?

    • Currently there is bug on your app so please check and remove it. mydeal.com.au has 18% special from 12pm today but when we click on the link on the app it says "something wrong" so basically it takes no where.. !

      when we click same link on desktop it says 7% cash back … so can you check and confirm what is the correct cashback today and remove the bug.

  • My 50% Cashback was confirmed a few days ago. However, I am still waiting for the Westpac 50% Bonus to even track. The last email update that I received from Sam at Shopback was on 2 March.

    • Double check as it may have been added on a different day. For me (my original did not track so I had to file a claim) my purchase is confirmed, and I have 3 Westpac bonuses - 2 showing pending but one is confirmed. The confirmed one is on a different date (the date they accepted my claim) but has the reference "1002" which was the date date of purchase. Seems they had issues so I guess the others will eventually move to declined but hopefully you do have 1 there which is correct (may not be listed as the correct date). I looked through all ozbarg posts to check that none were missing and I'm quite happy that I have got everything I was due and can just ignore the extra ones in my account!
