    Avoid buying online and test ride at a store first. If you buy, check the bike before leaving the shop and test ride around the block before going home. Check rims, brakes and gears carefully. If anythings not right get it fixed on the spot.

    Cheaper bikes not known for their quality control or assembly ex factory before boxing.

    Reid's after sales service is also so-so and god help you if you need warranty repairs.. and that's speaking from experience. Treat their product reviews with a grain of salt as they only publish the good ones. productreview.com.au might offer better guidance.

    Always curious how the vintage style bikes from bike stores compare with kmart / target options.. they look identical. 🤷

    Please read comments on other posts from Reid. Their customer service is horrible.

    Many people have had trouble with them including me.
