Was after a corded base unit with speakerphone and a cordless handset to go with it. This set looked like it fit the bill and whilst searching different stores, discovered that Officeworks have it prices about $60 than most other places (e.g. JB Hi-Fi is $164).

Ah mate, your ears must've been burning. I was looking at a Panasonic with the same features, including the Bluetooth functionality, but the cheapest was $166. Only difference though is this Uniden has a corded base unit, which isn't too much of a worry. Looks like it's time for a trip to Officeworks.
The Bluetooth part alone will be worth its weight in gold. We get crap mobile reception in most parts of our house, there's a sweet spot where the mobiles can stay now. Plus, the ability to call out on mobile via the Uniden as well is a bonus.
