      Maybe with PayPal, $50 balance and the card. Will try this myself but need to wait 3-5 business days for the $50, so hopefully Prezzee still has stock by then.

      • 4750 slots won't be filled on the last day. Last time 3k slots were not filled in November.

    Prezzee really needs to fix their payment reliability. Just terrible, and the only shop that I use with these issues.

    Got the payment error initially too on both Paypal and CC, but talked to the chatbot and they eventually came back on email, after which payment went through fine.

            @MiscOzB: The rep confirmed my purchase and said the exact same thing on the website: please allow up to 3 hours for the bonus to be sent out, which I understand, but feel weird.

          I had to contact them as I couldn't log in and was blocked.

      • I'm with Bankwest, they just called me saying they have prezzee blocked because it's often used by scammers.

        So that's why I couldn't buy.

          Bankwest is owned by CBA who is not friendly towards or often charges cash advance fee on giftcard purchases as mentioned here and there. Avoid using these credit cards.

          If you are using a debit card, try to pay it via PayPal.

        • I was lucky it worked with BankWest.
          Added the SMS code to purchase.
          NAB had blocked our card/account when a gift card was purchased recently too.

      I wouldn't recommend it. I constantly have problems with buying prezzee gift cards so unless you want to risk having account problems, I would avoid doing that.

        And remember they could lock your account. If you are going to have multiple accounts it's best to swap/download all your GCs.

      It didn't work for me using the same card on 2 different accounts a few months ago. Transaction was not processed.

    • Yes, at least 3% won't be redeemed as mentioned here by a staff possibly from giftcard management dept. In addition, I think a gifted giftcard may be more likely to be not redeemed than a self use giftcard. Just think about how many unwanted physical gifts are wasted every year.

      I had that problem last night. Emailed support and they responded in a couple of minutes to try again. Still no luck and they 'escalated' and asked me to try in 15 mins. Worked via CC payment after that. This was around 10pm last night too. Can't fault that support

    Received email "Celebrate the year of the Rabbit 🐇" on the 12/01/2023 and then "Lunar New Year is almost here!" today on the 19/01/2023. Had to double check if new promo or same (but same promo based on dates in T&Cs). Bit confusing when I already claimed on the 12/01/2023, so the email on 19/01/2023 shouldn't have been sent to me or reworded - since one per customer.
