The Spend & Save promotion is back at AliExpress where you can get US$3 off in increments up to US$9 on selected items. Eligible products will have "US $3 off every US $30 spent on promo" in red text above the price and the discount is applied automatically at checkout

    It's not really 10% off, hence the $30 brackets. For example, a $50 spend will still only get you $3 off.

    I'd argue it's easier to find eligible products than eBay. In the app when searching for a product you can tap the "Spend & Save" filter to show eligible items.
