30% off All DIY Outdoor Blinds + Free Delivery Australia Wide @ Ozrite Blinds

90

30% off all DIY Outdoor blinds until the 10/01/2023

I just ordered one heavy duty outdoor blind with a motor for $2,450 delivered. My dimensions are 4.8m W x 2.6m H. I reached out to a few other local suppliers for quotes on Ziptrack blinds (the most popular outdoor blind in Australia from what I can tell). Only the Blinds Gallery got back to me, they quoted $3,800 for either manual spring lift mechanism or with a motor installed (this is a professional install, not DIY). The price was about the same for with or without a motor interestingly.

From what I can see on the Ozrite website, delivery is usually free so that part of this deal isn't particularly special. Also, there is a chance this 30% off promo will extend again for another week when it ends in two days. I've been watching it over the last two weeks and it has ended and restarted twice already.

There are a few different blinds options and 'Ziplock' which looks to be their equivalent to ZipTrack is about $2,800 for my measurements, if you want to compare apples to apples.

I haven't received the product yet and have no idea whether or not it is good, if anyone else has had any experience please do share.

Of course, this is a DIY product and comes with the risk that you may stuff up the measurements or the install, which you won't get a refund on. It may be worth spending extra and getting a professional to do it if you're not super handy. They have measurement and installation guides on the website which are probably worth having a look at if you're thinking of buying. Ozrite offer a 5 year warranty if you fill out their warranty card within 3 months for what it's worth.

  • Thanks for the post. I've been looking for something to block the end of a pergola, so this at least gives me an idea of size and price. I've tried a couple of places, but because I only want one blind and it's only around 2.7m x 2.4m, they don't seem to be interested in quoting (or want to charge an arm and a leg). I'll give this mob a quick look.

    • No worries, best of luck

  • Goid deals.. I wonder if the outdoir blinds can be used as shadecloth style coverage…

  • Just an update on this one, I've been monitoring their website and noticed that the "sale" kept getting extended all the way until at least the end of January. Now, the sale is over, but when you click into the products the 30% discount still applies. Looks like these were not special sale prices but are normal prices, I apologise to whoever bought these blinds due to this deal. If anyone happens to stumble across this post and know anything regarding laws on misleading promotional discounts, let me know lol. Couldn't see anything on the ACCC's website from a quick browse
