I have found that the prices are about 10% higher than in the shops. The only exception is "You'll Love Coles 10KG Long Rice" for ~$13. The free delivery is a 2 or 3 hour window; which is great if you are well organised.

Conclusion: Great for bulky items for people who don't own a car or just want to avoid the hassle of going to Coles.

It's for Brisbane and the Gold Coast too. Only valid till Saturday 1st November. My flyer does not state a minimum amount.

It was for 15th October till 1st November.
