  • finally my T5 can retire after 4 5 years

  • Will Amazon match?

Is this one of the faster SSD?

I just bought a new laptop, I do want to do music production and I will run main DAW software from laptop SSD but any huge samplers, audio sample cds I would prefer to keep stored on an external ssd for music files only.

    Thanks!

what an absolute ripper of a price for a quality product.

Just a heads up.. im not sure if it's an inherent issue with this model or i have a defective one, but my one tends to overheat and disconnect after prolonged sustained high volume transfers.. as in moving hundreds of gigs of files between PCs using this SSD, it will just disconnect after 30secs or so and reconnect, and it gets a bit hot then.

Doing my research and possibly swapping it for warranty purposes in the case it's only a shit batch i got.

Just to rule out one known issue: you are using the supplied USB-C cable, not 3rd party cable right? With USB 3.2 gen 2, subpar cable does cause disconnects.

  • Thanks OP bought one from OW!

Not sure whether saving 50 cents is a bargain?
