    Got it on DVD years ago and the cover thanked me for buying the digital version so "I can admire all the low quality specs and scratches in a superior format" or something like this.

      Monty Python’s "The Meaning of Life" was shot by cinematographer Peter Hannan and The Crimson Permanent Assurance short that opens the film was shot by cinematographer Roger Pratt, both on 35 mm film using Arriflex 35 BL3 cameras, finished photochemically, and presented together in the aspect ratio of 1.85:1. Universal Pictures brings The Meaning of Life to Ultra HD from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative.

    • Pretty sure it was filmed on film stock with infinite resolution (physically limited by film grain size).

    The only name I recognize is Terry Gilliam. He made some pretty good films though.
    Not all of them are great, but I liked Zero Theorum and Brazil.

    Oh and almost forgot he directed 12 Monkeys. Great film need to watch it again.
