Cashback is ineligible on the following:

- Cash payments.
- Pickup orders.
You must return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction.

Got many cancelled orders because drivers not available.
Restaurants also prefer to not accept menulog orders.
Many orders, delivered by menulog, are also often late by at least an hour. I order at 5:30, arrives after 7.
Only reasom why i've used it recently is because of the $15off promo code.
Nothing but negative reviews on them all around. Ridiculous how a company like that can survive in the market. Product review says it all. Save yourself some pain guys. Avoid menulog.

Definitely depends where you live. Where i am deliveroo was awful, menulog not much better. Doordash has been the least bad. Only worth using during deals regardless.
