My first ever deal post, so please go easy on me. Trying to give it back to the OzBargain community after all these days of reaping the benefits.

$50 event cinemas gift card for $40 if you are a Cinebuzz member. It's pretty easy and straightforward to signup to be a Cinebuzz member.

You could choose between physical or digital gift card and from what I see, you could order upto 10 giftcards at one go.

Gift Cards will expire 31.DEC.2025. Only valid for redemption at Event Cinemas, BCC, Greater Union, GU Film House, Skyline Drive-In or Moonlight Cinemas. Not valid at Village Cinemas. Not valid for use in ACT, Victoria (excluding Moonlight Cinema Melbourne) or Tasmania.

  This is worse than Telstra 5 vouchers, thinking a ticket with 20% off still more than 10 nowadays.

    Telstra usually goes via Events payment gateway for tickets

      I did a quick check and apparently the option to pay on a gift gard is available within the Telstra portal.

    But the telstra vouchers cant be used after Saturday 5PM, so maybe use the gift card to subsidise the weekend movie sessions!

      You are right. The Telstra voucher takes you to a different portal (not cinebuzz) and so doesnt display the option to pay using a gift card. I stand corrected!

    To clarify a gift card can be used to pay for Telstra Tickets available generally.

    But not the park of 5 vouchers for $50 I posted earlier.
