  • how long usually take to be delivered? Looking to order some for friends visiting from overseas. would like to order 4 units.

    • Pretty quick. 2-3 days

    • They come from Sydney, so allow a day or 2 for them to process and mail it out - they send them out individually - then it just depends on where you live and how long it takes AUS Post to get it to you. Adelaide about 5 days.

So 2 weeks to WA. Amazon ships things faster from the UK than Australia post from East to West.

    • Hi! Once dispatched, you should receive your order within the following business days:
Metro Areas – 2-5 business days for capital cities – Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart & Brisbane (order before 4pm). Non Metro or Regional / remote areas – 3-7 business days

      • It's been 5 business days since I placed my order and still not even dispatched is that normal?

        • Hi there!

I'm sorry to hear that there is no update yet on your order status. Would you mind emailing us at [email protected] so we can check on this? Thanks!

          • @boostmobileau: All good, finally got the sim , but I never received any tracking information while the order confirmation email mentioned I would receive it and I noticed the letter did have tracking stickers on it

            • @Juggernauto: Hi, Glad to hear that you already got the sim! We'll have our team know about this as it should normally notify you of the tracking number once it shipped.

    • About 5-6 business days to Melbourne suburbs.

  • Does boost run promo on yearly pre paid voucher?
Suppose if i get this and then want to upgrade to yearly pre paid?

    https://boost.com.au/blogs/help-topics/5g-trial

"Want to test how your 5G is performing?
Test your mobile connection and speed performance here Your data allowance will not be impacted by this test. Please make sure Wi-Fi is turned off when testing.  To access 5G, you’ll need a 5G compatible device in a 5G coverage area."

I'm guessing that there's meant to be a hyperlink in there, but there isn't. Anyone know if there is a speedtest link for Boost that doesn't eat data?

My mobile plan is expiring this week. As an existing customer, can I use this sim to extend the service for another 28 days? Or I have to port out of the number and port back in to use the SIM?

  • +1

my last boost deal was suppose to track back at $15.20, but I only got $6.00, now I have to go through the whole song and dance with them again to get the correct cash back; so annoying.

  • Is there a limit to how many you can buy? Trying to buy a few for friends & family who are visiting from overseas in a few weeks, I bought 3 and then when I tried to buy a 4th it said my transaction could not be processed and to try again later? Maybe I put them in too quickly?

    • Nvm, let me buy more when I tried later on!

  • Is anyone having trouble purchasing? "Sorry, we are unable process your order. Please try again later."

  • After the 28 days, do I need to cancel it? Can I just throw it in the bin?

    • +1

If you're going to activate a few more after, I'd recommend cancelling so you don't have so many active numbers. That's what I've been doing and takes 5mins via chat online. Not sure what the time limit is before they automatically cancel numbers.

  • Has anyone received their sim card?
I ordered on 14th still no shipping email yet.
