Indeed, I expect that it's just the standard -$10 for someone's first afterpay purchase — I used mine the other week personally so it's not appearing for me.

  • Those keys look very high!

    • It uses mechanical switches. It just doesn't have a lip around the edges which other mech keebs have, so it looks high.

      • Hmm seems about .5cm taller than my already tall filco majestouch ninja.

“Also, the keyboard feels too high to type on comfortably during long periods and some may quickly feel some noticeable fatigue after a while.”

Reviews seem to mention it too.

        • I bought my filco majestouch 2 ninja back in 2015, used it on a daily basis and it still goes strong.

        • I have the star wars version. The keys 'look' high as the keycap is slimmer, but they are not any higher than the Razer Blackwidow mini (I also have)

  • Lol went to buy one and then realised I have the Star Wars edition in my cupboard

    • I also bought that black/white version of this keyboard, didnt really like it.

What's a mechanical keyboard? Aren't they all mechanical?

      it transform

      • Thanks. Which is better for someone who has to type hundreds of pages per week?

        • End of the day, it's personal preference. Mechanical keyboards offer a lot more flexibility and variety when it comes to feel, sound and aesthetics, which may be worth investing a bit of money into if you're typing a lot. I would say not to go and jump ahead too much, do some research first on the basics of mechanical keyboards (different switch types, form factors, etc.) and make an educated judgement on what you should look towards buying. Reddit and YouTube are great sources of information, especially for beginners.

        • They are both fine for that. The difference are in touch, pressure, sound: how 'tactile' the keys are and the force required. Mechanical keyboard come in 'colours' of switches that dictate these things: such as red, blue, green, brown switches

I was hesitated this deal because of the micro usb and non hot swappable swicth.
But today this deal down to $57 and with ebay plus 17% discount code, I could buy this only $47.31.
No complaints with this price. LOL
