Looks like that's the wrong code. Please double-check and try again.

    • +6

unfortunately its a BNPL bs deal, have to use zip at checkout to ge the discount

      • Weird, I selected Zip as payment method but got the same error on my mobile. Gonna try the desktop later

    • Can i pay 1/2 with Giftcard and other half with zip and still get 15% off the total price?

  • -4

Same here it even says it under the product about the 15% off but won't apply during checkout

  • +2

You have to select Zippay for code to work

  • just realised that samsung 256gb, basically every ebay plus member can buy that for $29 each month (with monthly $5 voucher).

    • +2

Not every account gets it each month (in fact my main account never gets it anymore, always only $5 off $50).

      • oh really. maybe you can complain? but yeah now i remember sometimes i get 5 off minimum 15, sometimes minimum $50. weird ebay as usual

      • Every eBay plus account gets it, it's on the Plus landing page

        https://www.ebay.com.au/e/coupon-offers/plus-5-off-benefit-n…

        • My accounts have eBay Plus…

        • I've noticed that if you don't use up the current months 5 off 15, it will disappear from your my ebay page near the end of your month anniversary. And the next months code takes a few days before it's available.

Caught me out last month. I was not able to use a code for around 5 days straight (having not used up prev month, and still not issued new month).

Sony A80k 65" comes down to $2695 delivered

  • Great. Work on private sellers as well! Time to shop for nice lens.

    • Didnt work for me. Must be "eligible" private sellers

  • SD card is $34? $24 with the $10 off code. Doesn't meet the min spend of $50 either…

    • i got $5 off so can pay $29
happened many months ago as well i had bought 2 in the past each 29

  • Oh my god, C2 65" for $3k is a bigly deal.

  • Is the SD card good for Dashcam or only Endurance is good for dash cam?

    • +1

      Endurance better for longevity

  • Is this card good for 4k recording on actions cams and drones? looks like it

  • Just grabbed an iPad 10th gen 64gb for $636 (rrp $749). Been waiting to grab one on sale for my kid at school next year so thank you dealbot.

  • Any way to pay with gift card credit? Or another way to avoid using Zip?

  • Is it possible to use eBay gift cards only if I don't have a Zip account?

  • Does zip pay do a credit check? I know zip money does but not sure about zip pay. Afterpay and Openpay did not do a credit check as the limit for me was below $1000

    • +1

      yes

Looks like Bing Lee have Breville Dual Boiler available for pickup for $849.15. Not much stock but Blacktown and Guildford and maybe some others outside of Sydney seem to have in stock. Not worth posting due to stock levels but might help someone
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/164908238688

  • can you part pay with ebay vouchers so long as zip is used for the remainder?

    • If it's like Afterpay, you should only need to pay $1 with Zip, rest can be paid with gift cards.
Edit: Might be different though as Zip isn't pay in 4 like Afterpay?

      • +7

Can confirm it works even if you pay the full amount with gift card. Just bought a Dyson V10 and paid the full amount with giftcard bought via ShopBack. Didn't even have to open a ZipPay account.

        • +3

Confirming this also. I do not have a zip account, selected zip pay, entered xmaszip, entered gift card. Boom.

          • +1

@dekekun: Worked for me too! Was a scary time buying > $1k in gift cards and hoping for the best!

  • Last time you could use 100% gift cards as long as you purchased a single item - anyone know if it works this time around?

  • Just got an insta360 X3 for $636.65!

  • Only Good if it works with $1 Zip and the balance with discounted gift card.
    Anyone tried?

    • Why don't you try it?

    • +1

See my comment above. Can confirm it works even if you pay the full amount by discounted gift card so you dont even have to have a ZipPay account.

  • So only one transaction? :(

  • Would love a suggestion for a good robo vac and 32 inch ultra wide gaming monitor during this sale.

  • I'm not able to use the code and a voucher. It's coming up with the message "You can only apply one voucher code to this purchase."

  • Wish I realised it was one use before I ordered something.

Usually eBay promos are 5 transaction so I just assumed.

    • I just used 7 eBay gift cards and the XMASZIP code.
Then the 'Apply' button become disabled so can confirm can't use more than 8 options (vouchers/codes) in 1 transaction.

      • I managed to use 8 GCs (including one already linked). I am not sure how this was possible since 7 is the limit when you use a voucher code.

  • Thanks OP - seems like 15% iPhone 14 Plus is a good deal.

  • Can I claim price protection for eBay Plus deals like this on my 28 Degrees Mastercard?

    • Ordinarily you would be able to, but since this deal involves paying with ZIP Pay, I suspect it wouldn't qualify (since you wouldn't be paying using your 28 Degrees card). Someone correct me if I'm wrong and you have successfully claimed price protection on ZIP Pay sales.

Anyone stacked this with the DigiDirect DIGISAV20 code?

    • +1

Only one code allowed per transaction

This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other eBay offer, coupon or voucher.

      • Thanks BG, don't have eBay plus so couldn't try myself and wondered if it was worth joining for the extra savings.

Also, I don't use eBay that much so as a rule do eBay codes never stack?

        • +1

No worries! Afaik they never stack, so pick your most savings and use that code

          • @BargainsGrabber: I did try before posting here but on eBay it said "Looks like that's the wrong code. Please double-check and try again", so it wasn't clear that the Zip one wouldn't stack in eb+.

  • +2

    Code no longer working

    • +4

Yep all gone - poor form from Zip, barely lasted a few hours

      • Such a farce really, advertising one thing (for just ONE day!) and doing another.

        • -1

advertising one thing (for just ONE day!)

They didn't advertise it as such.

It clearly said limited time only T&Cs apply.

          • @HomeAlone: The point I was making was that there wasn't a chance it would continue into tomorrow. They had it going for 5 hours only, and during work hours. The only other time this has happened is when eBay ends a promotion early. And it did not end on the hour, it's totally random and at eBay's behest. Are you not familiar with eBay's BS by now?

            • @Techie4066: This isn't the first time. There have been many short-lived promotions.

Once the "Pay only AU $xxx.xx. Show me how" disappears from listings you know they are nearing the cap for the promotion and you need to act fast or you will miss out.

              • @HomeAlone: Uh, hmm, maybe eBay should communicate that to their own customers, or better yet, not have such a restrictive cap for the sake of customer satisfaction and consistency?

  • +3

Looks like they killed off the code early

Unfortunately, this code no longer works. Please continue with your order.

LOL, nobody is going to continue with order after missing out on 15% off

  • +1

Say what you like after AfterPay, they wouldn't pull a stunt like Zip and shutdown a deal mid afternoon before the evening sales rush

  • +1

Lame promo not to last the day. No wonder zip is going downhill.

  • +3

Yep, promo is gone now. When I decided to pull the trigger it didn't take the code anymore 🤬

  • +4

I was going to buy something off from eBay after work. Now they pulled the promo early…

    • It was also one time (1 transaction) use.
FFS! I found out after placing the first order of one item only.

    • Lol in the same boat! Thanks zip, loss of a potential customer and saved me $1000

  • eBay Pricks

  • So fast ended…. lame

  • Yeah. Code not working now.

  • I just bought a voucher to use and now promo is ended. Does cashback accept refunds?

    • Does cashback accept refunds?

Did you mean Shopback? No they don't

  • -1

    Haiyaaaa ebay you fools

  • Wow this was a quick ending promotion from ZIP.

  • What the…
I was planning to think about what to buy when I get off work when I received noti from Zip this morning.
Thank you Zip, you save my time and money…☹️

  • +1

Once I noticed the zip discount banner had disappeared from eBay’s home page, I rushed and placed my order - the code was still accepted. Quite disappointing to see the discount ended in this fashion. Highly unprofessional, especially given there are likely many who signed up to Zip Money today, just for the sake of claiming this offer.

  • -1

party is over, will wait for the next one. Hopefully 22%

  • Was going to buy something after work :(

  • How does eBay always manage to fk up their promos? It's actually kinda impressive
