      • Did you sign up for that and then log in during checkout?

        • +2

No, I was trying to check out as guest. Thanks for that.

  • +5

To be perfectly frank, I've always felt I could use some support. I know, when I'm wearing boxers, there appears to be some jiggling.

Are these good if you’re obese? Really want them

Edit: gonna bite and see how these go. Can’t wait to lose heaps of weight

  • +5

Any mens g-bangers on discount to go with these tights?

  • +1

    I can see double-O and 7

  • I was expecting heaps of comments about the bulge and you guys never fail to disappoint.

    • +4

What bulge? I must've missed it.

      • +2

        Bulge or lack thereof

    • +2

One photo shows a bit of a bulge, but another shows it completely flat.

    • +6

It won't be schlong until the puns start now

  • +7

Do they come with the sock, or do you have to add that separately?

  • +2

I'll bite of they pay me $39.99 to wear it.

  • +8

Wear them to your next team sports game without a pair of shorts for modesty. Absolute power move.

    • +1

Wear them to the gym with no shirt on

      • +2

Wear them for a work presentation… with a business shirt on. Stand up and present, making everyone have to stare at your junk throughout.

        • +6

my 60ish year old boss cycled to work in lycra and didn't change for the first 2 hours of the work day, also did the old one-foot-up-on-a-chair pose sometimes, made staff ill.

          • +1

@Herbs: sounds like a scene from american dad, i'd be laughing at the poses

          • @Herbs: We had a shower on the floor of the office and once had a boss walk through with a towel around the waist to walk back and get his clothes. This was at a big, publicly listed company.

  • +2

Wear them with your top ponytail cap from the other day

  • Are these actually high quality or are they just fashion wank with the associated RRP?

    • +5

I think compression gear is the real.deal. why they would cut them off at 3/4 so your calves and lower legs miss out in the benefit of compression i cant tell you.

      • Oh compression gear is the real deal, I wear compression socks all day to help with an old injury. I am just wondering if these are genuine graduated compression stockings or $20 Lycra pants with a $110 logo on them.

        • Yeah but are these good quality? I know that my asics stuff is of a higher quality.

      • +3

It depends on what sort of activity they're for. I would use these as a baselayer for snowboarding, where I don't want a full length tight inside my sock, inside the boot.

    • Trained and ran a mara. Not sure about the comression science, but they certainly help when running to prevent chaffing and a lot nicer than some of the older skins I had. Held up many many wash cycles too

      • I always thought you wear them the day after the marathon to aid in recovery?

        • +1

I always thought you wear them the day after the marathon to aid in recovery?

The cool thing about pseudoscience is that you can simply make it up as you go…

    • I recently acquired a blood clot which seems to be common these days, like dying suddenly, so I've gone through a lot of compression gear… unless you're getting a mmHg value, you should just assume it's some nylon/lycra tights. 20-40mmHg and tightest furthest away from heart is what you want for effectiveness.

    WELCOME-10 for 10% off also 👍👍

Damn is it just me or does that dudes bulge look hot?

    • Is that you, Oscar?

    • +1

Not an ass man I see

  • Does anybody know or can attest to the quality of this? it's my only objection at this point

    • +4

Have been wearing a different pair of 2xu 3/4s for the last year or so. Good quality and comfy, as long as nothing has changed.

      • +1

I have a fair bit of there gear and there compression stuff is great.

Wish they would bring out longer tshirts etc to cover my old junk tho …

        Have to source that elsewhere….

        • +2

Or a pair of shorts over the top?

  • +1

Can walk around in public with only these on?

    • Nah more suitable for bars and clubs.

    • +1

Good for beach.. For that Olympian look

  • Can anyone contrast with Skins? I've found them to be very good over the years

    • +1

Used skins for years and swapped to 2xu for 3/4's for basketball. If you want full length just get whatever is cheaper, both are well made and comfortable.

      • +1

Cheers mate, my skins are wearing out but have been great so just figured I'll throw these in the rotation. Wasn't fussed if 3/4 or full :)

  • +1

    Wearing it to the mall

  • +6

I don't understand for who or what these are for. I could understand if there was a lead role in Robin Hood part.

    • and with all the rubbish the average Ozbargainer eats these ain’t gonna make your lard arse look like Robin Hoods just like all those heffas wearing jeggings etc don’t look like Maid Marion.

      • He wants his junk to look like Robin hood

        • Getting the hat to fix will be tricky

  • No wiggle room

  • 21 can you do somethin' for me?

  • Will try these for hot yoga thanks or cycling indoors

    • They are only for peloton use.

    This
    Vs

    https://www.rebelsport.com.au/p/nike-pro-mens-3-4-tights-M58… ($45)

    Or

    https://www.adidas.com.au/techfit-training-3-4-tights/HD3523… ($35)

Both look good based on their reviews(but limited sizes available), anyone tried them
    ?

    • I can't comment directly but I just wouldn't trust non compression focussed brands to do it any good. Those Adidas look to have all sorts of room even in the pic.
Also whilst I shouldn't assume based on price.. I will. They are both too cheap at retail to be any good at all.

  • Finally I can begin my thotting career as a young man. Deffs buying a pair.

  • +1

These are like a tiny little Scottish castle. No ballroom.

  • -2

Omg, what guy would wear these horrible things? Haha

    • -2

The sort of guy who is happy never having any friends…

Moose Knuckle…. Cammel Toe's ugly brother

  • Check Under Armour, they're clearing compression. I found some under $20, even less if you're near an Outlet store.

    • +2

I have a pair of Under Armour tights as well.

They have poor compression and havnt held Up nearly as well as 2xu gear but they were only $60 …

  • Bought two pairs which arrived today. Opened one pair and noticed that the stitching is coming apart at the crotch before even using them - will return that pair and request a refund.

Second pair don't have that issue but having said that, I'm not seeing much of a difference between these and a $10 pair from Kmart I have. The material might be slightly less plastic-y feeling on the 2XU's but I would be willing to bet they won't last any longer than the $10 Kmart ones (which have held up alright for a year now).

IMO not really worth it, even at the discount price of $40.

Was hoping they might be considerably better construction or materials than the Kmart ones but they're pretty similar. They might offer a bit more "compression" but in reality I don't think they're tight enough to offer any actual remedial benefit.

    4/10 from me.

  • Just had a run in mine and they're great, highly recommend. I might grab a second, solid compression if not quite as tight as my skins
