Many more accessories on sale too, e.g, bags, more cables, adaptors and Lenovo model specific items.

    • Thank you for post bought 95w charger.

  • +5

Anyone got the link for the 65W charger? Getting error 404

    • Getting the same issue. Search function works but I can’t seem to find item’s OP has posted above…

      • +2

Need to login with your Lenovo Ed ID.

        • +2

Any tips on getting one? I tried my work email, wouldn’t budge (even though it’s a school)

    • 404 on everything :| And the travel charger is $209 RRP?? wtf. It was $100 last time I ordered.

  • +1

    I see 2 65W usb-C units:
    - Lenovo USB-C 65W AC Adapter(AU) Part number: GX20P92523 $22.80
    - Lenovo 65W Standard AC Adapter (USB Type-C)- ANZ $25.65

    What is the difference?

Second one specifies multiple voltages. Maybe the cheaper one is 20V only?

    • +2

I have a simillar model to the GX20P92523 from Lenovo, it has a three prong power input. My one has 20V, 15V, 9V, and 5V output. Some uncertainty with the this $22.80 charger.
The 4X20M26280 is the two prong figure"8", this is more common. From spec - Smart Voltage: Its PD technology automatically detects and delivers 5V/2A,9V/2A ,15V/3A or 20V/3.25A.

    • +1

I just received 4X20M26280 and it has three prong power input as well. I think the product image is wrong.

Not sure about the difference though - Edit: Adapter are same (5A10W86250) but the cable for power is different part 00XL080 vs 42T5050. So I would say both are identical.

      • Interesting, borderline misleading product?

  • Anyone know if there is an adapter to convert lenovo yellow slim tip to usb c?

  • thanks, just ordered usb-c to HDMI with power pass through

    • +2

Enjoy! I was hesitant to list it as a bargain, but thought someone else might find it useful.

      • bought the 95w usb c charger + usb-c to HDMI with power pass, deadly combo, thanks OP!

        • Mate I was about to buy the USB-C to HDMI with power pass, but I just saw that it only does 4K@30hz rather than 60hz :(

Hear hear 2007! Same boat as me (started with lurking 😂)

    • I lurked around for a few years before registering an account in 08!
It all started with WOW time cards, lol

    • How did you find the site back then? I found the site and used my first "bargain" and that was Scotty's little OPTUS hack with the call diversions :D

      • +2

Had a very interesting conversation with Scotty IRL at the meet up regarding the same topic. Literally through friend's MSN messenger dm. "Hey dude, check out this awesome website, it will make you save to spend more! ^___^"
        Ok, showing my age now.

        Hey Muzeeb brother!

  • +4

do yourself a favour and pick up 95w USB-C charger for $35 there

    • Interesting, missed that one.
A slightly larger/heavier trade off, will add this gem.

    • Would it be suitable for surface laptop 4 and iPad Pro 12.9 M2

    • What is the link for this please?

    • My X1 uses 65w, is there any benefit buying 95w?

      • future proof? also it may charge your machine faster while you're using it

        • Will it be compatible with x1 carbon gen 6? At 95w, the volt is the same as at 65w?

          • +1

@rave75: Higher wattage just gives you more supply overhead so you’re not likely to consume more power than the charger can supply (think of it like a storage tank of electricity). It can affect performance or charging if there isn’t enough watts pushing it through. That’s why you wouldn’t be able to power your X1 with a 45w but it may still trickle charge when turned off. In this case, a 95w would allow you to play a resource-intensive game on a high-res monitor while still charging a mobile phone through a USB port and run a couple of portable HDD, all on a hot day when the cooling fan ramps up to top speed.

Voltage and current (the amps it delivers) do not change, if they did then you’d have problems. Too many would fry the circuits, too little means there aren’t enough electrons flowing through to run it.

            • @Chazzozz: I think the X1 will not pull more than 65W even when under load, although I might be wrong.

              • @tukanglistrik: That’s possibly true, but can you guarantee your power supply is giving you the full 65w? There’s always some wiggle-room in the ratings as individual units may fluctuate +/- a bit. If your charger is only delivering 60w you may not even notice it until you put a high load on it. That’s why a higher wattage can help, even though there may be 95w available the device using it should never draw more than its maximum rating.

            • @Chazzozz: Thanks for your good explanation. The 95w is a non PD charger?

              • @rave75: is it? whats the benefit of a PD charger, i see one of the 65w chargers is, but thinking it might be better to pay $10 for the 95w charger to future proof?

                • @eli8te: I think PD charger is for fast charging, so it lets you charge some % faster when your battery is low.

The RRP of 65w PD charger is more than 95w though.

            • @Chazzozz: Well I bought a 95w charger for HP Probook…hope it works. Thank you for your explanation.

So is this a targeted deal only for people with education email, not for everyone?

    • -2

Obviously, that is why it says education store in the title.

      • +5

The title didn’t say education store when I posted my comment, it was edited later.

  • Does anyone know if this or the 95W one will work with a 2021 Lenovo Legion? Not to game with just to browse the internet and charge. Thanks :)

    • Goto Lenovo website warranty and plug in service tag.

It will have a link for compatible accessories including power supplies

    • Might work, 2022 models only support slim port type chargers from what I've read.also pd can't do more than 100w so useless for legion pro type laptops

  • How do I get a edu email?

    • Yes, please educate us.

  • +1

My Laptop is Dell G15 and it says 180W on the charger. Would that mean the one the title doesn't cut it enough?

  • Code not working on Lenovo USI Pen

    • The price is $31.35 for the USI pen with the code applied.

      • I just tried again. The error that I'm getting is "We're sorry. eCoupon HOLIDAY5 is not valid or nay be expired. eCoupons are cases sensitive. Please check your coupon code and try again"

      • Just to be clear I am trying to order Lenovo USI Pen Part Number: 4X80Z49662

        • +1

yes, it is showing $31.35 for me.
Check the top of the page, is there any "Lenovo Business Store" and "Lenovo Education Store" menu? click the Edu one and sign in again.
I was required to sign in twice as well to see the promotion price.

        • That is very strange, I just put 4X80Z49662 in my cart and shows $31.35

  • Is the charger good for MBA m2?

  • Can’t even find the pen in the store

    • Part Number: 4X80Z49662

  • +1

I can’t login, always get “The Group ID does not exist”

This is with an edu email. Any ideas?

    • Same here

      • Yeah me too

        • Same here with university email that previously worked

        • me three

    • Hi, have you found a way around this? I have a university of Melbourne email address and am getting the same error :(

solved: tried from my desktop browser and it worked.

      • +2

Desktop browser or desktop mode didn't work for me.

Eventually I found this link which got me in.

        • Firefox with uBlock origin and other extensions didn't work. Switched to vanilla safari, and it worked

    • I got the same “The Group ID does not exist”, but got in a bit later, not sure what different.

I think I had to use the .edu.au address to log in , rather than the main address on my Lenovo account.

      • Desktop mode on Edge mobile browser did the trick for me

  • Lenovo Legion K500 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (US English)
https://www.lenovo.com/au/edu/en/p/accessories-and-software/… Red key gaming keyboard for $95.95

  • Remember the cancellations for the USB C charger from last time as if that wasnt enough

  • The 95watt charger doesn't have PD?

  • Anyone else getting a 404 when trying to login?

    • need to login in via education store

  • Do you only need to provide an edu email, or do they need other information as well to prove you are a student? Might buy a cheap edu email account online to get some of these offers.

  • +14

Hi All, for those that don't have an EDU email and want to access this offer, please feel free to send me a PM and I can provide a link to the access the store directly. It's not tied to any email, you can use your own personal email to order.

I won't be able to respond today for a bit, but will endeavour to respond to all PM's by this afternoon :)

    • If you are an alumni somewhere, it might be worth checking if your education Centre provides you with an alumni email address. Mine does, and emails just get forwarded to my personal email, but was just able to buy something this way

      • RMIT is required to remove your access to all student systems when you are no longer a student in order to comply with our obligations under the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979. Please be aware that this means that you will not be able to access your RMIT student email account and any emails within this account.

        rip

        • you don't need access to your old account. In my case i had a similar message, and uni just said they would provide an alumni email address which does NOT give me access to my old account, but rather forwards any emails sent to that alumni address to my personal one. Took me like 5 minutes to apply for it online

  • Is anyone please able to confirm whether the precision pen 2 is discounted in thr edu store? TIA

  • That's cheaper than through our edu rep… (We just ordered $650k+ worth of Lenovo laptops).

Great deal! Might have to haggle our rep

    • Same here, although we’re commercial. I‘ve been asked if I can shave some off my spend for this FY, I wonder if I’d be able to order a couple hundred KB/mouse combos, 65w and 95w chargers! :-D

  • +1

I really don't need any of these accessories but I couldn't stop wasting 10 minutes looking thru them anyway.
