Would these air coolers be enough for a new AM5 system such as the 7600x? I have heard that the AM5 run hot and that liquid cooling is recommended?
"liquid cooling" doesn't necessarily mean it's better than air cooling.
You would need to specify what brand and model of liquid cooler, even so the bequiet dark rock pro 4 is touted to be more than suitable, which means by comparison the noctua d15 too.
Specs rates the 7600x at 125W tdp and a commenter above said that this handles up to 220W so it would be fine.
Shipping costs are crippling.
