Yes, all they've said is sorry, request a refund. But the current price is far more expensive than the price I tried to buy it at on the 25th.
One key point is the Amazon tracking information is a lie. They state "Carrier picked up the package." on 28/11, but using the same tracking information at the courier website says "Shipping information received from shipper" - eg it was never shipped, despite them having stock.
Yeah, that's frustrating. I'd be expressing my disappointment but it sounds like you've already done that. You might also be able to get some sort of compensation for wasting your time.
The good news is that for a little bit more, you can get a Samsung 512GB microSD card for $69 from the The Good Guys. Perhaps refund and purchase from The Good Guys instead?
