Which is effectively the time span for most kids to have fun in then get bored of most toys.
Ive been buying toys for my nephews for over a decade and attention span to physical toys for most have heavily diminished.
Beyblades? Fun for about 5-10 rounds and the boredom kicks in and the cost of owning arenas/beyblades runs into the hundreds.
Cheaper to buy the switch game.

I made a shoddy racetrack out of cardboard one afternoon and the kids - they helped build and colour, raced cars and had heaps of fun. Once they were done, in the bin it went!
