What is your go-to? There are a lot of options
Recently I tried the T-RQ melatonin Gummies and found them to be excellent. Very inexpensive as well. $11.77 after discount.

FWIW, when all else fails, we use Natrol for a somewhat hyperactive boy; we found it to be the cleanest (organic non-active ingredients, etc). Half a 1g gummy does the trick. Total price is more than T-RQ, but unit price is about the same (90 vs 60 gummies).
Any recommended time release versions of Melatonin?
