I read that as superskids and was confused for a moment.

    • That one would be the high dose magnesium.

  • Its not really a multivitamin which is why its cheap

    • Curious why not a multivitamin? It lists 3 different vitamins?

      Vitamin c, d ,e

      • The clue is in that it doesn't actually call itself a multivitamin.Generally the industry only call it that when it contains many more of the required daily vitamins and will say it on the label.

        • I c Thanks

Like years ago i heard most vitamin supplements wernt ( forgot word) scientifically proven? and sometimes contain more than the rdi of certain vitamins. ( possible toxic effect )Is this true?

          • @ATTS: I think the logic against multi-vitamins is that most people dont have a vitamin deficit so you just piss them out but the logic for them is that its more of an insurance policy that if you do have a deficit then it will help. Plus we piss out water and that is essential for life so pissing out vitamins doesn't invalidate them. So basically if you have a deficit then vitamin supplements absolutely do work scientifically.

            • @noise36: I c thanks

How does one usually determine vitamin defict though. I think there was blood test for iron and b12 but not sure of the rest

Oh sorry yeah what i read i think was for general population with no deficit

              • @ATTS: Blood test. Or just take a multi as insurance haha
