We've had ours about a year and put them in the dishwasher frequently. They haven't turned brittle and the blade hasn't come loose.
serrated steak knives are good for cutting fruit and vegetables? Have I been cutting tomatoes wrong all my life?
The usual rubbish about people cutting themselves with these knives…just learn how to use one and it won't happen.
Is there any difference between the wavy edge and straight edge knife? The straight edge one in black colour is going for $7 too (also minimum quantity 2).
I prefer the straight edge but it's no big deal …..still the gold standard as an essential kitchen knife IMHO.
One of the BEST steak knife or veggie/fruit knife. I have cut my finger twice already…But still the best!
