Round compact minimalist speakers for the budget conscious. Connects via a USB-A and 3.5mm line-in cable.

I used my Perks voucher so total cost was only $17.
Here's a review.
Quick reminder that you should only buy USB powered speakers if you only have USB to power them. They are always underwhelming as they are limited in power.
Not sure if it's this model but creative recommends in their user manual that you power it from a USB power adapter to get full performance.
I think it was the V3 pebble.
was looking at these lately for a cheap option and you are bang on. The V3 has a High gain switch underneath but needs a decent bit of power to run i think via usb-C minimum.
Also worth noting that this is either the V1 or V2 model with a 4.4W output vs. the V3 that has an 8W output! Almost too many Watts for anyone to handle safely!
If V1 and V2 model are rated at 4.4w output. That means plugging them into a USB3.0 port on the computer will provide enough power.
USB3.0 maximum output is 5V/900mA (0.9A) so 0.9x5 = 4.5 watts which slightly more than the rated power output for V1 and V2 pebble.
A USB2.0 port's maximum output is 5V/500mA(0.5A) so they will be short on power.
Love the description.

Well calling these USB speakers is misleading, they are just USB powered.
