Each pack contains the Following:
Leg Roasts, chops, cutlets, shanks, fore quarter chops, shoulder chops, ribs, tenderloins.
All cuts are packaged on trays ready for your freezer. We deliver our Farm Fresh Lamb Packs 1 day after butchering FREE to Sydney, Wollongong and Blue Mountains. We also deliver Monthly to Central Coast, Newcastle, Southern Highlands, Canberra and South Coast. Delivery times are pre arranged usually on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
