  • Has anyone tried this Vac Sealer and can give some feed back.

My comparison is anecdotal as hell lol but Inkbird makes the best wireless BBQ thermometer I've ever used, so I am literally about to go buy this vac sealer right now so I can use a sous vide that was gifted to me recently!!

Hope the combo work well for you :)

We've got this Vac Sealer and it works fantastic. I've had an Aldi one that I struggled to use because of arthritis so couldn't use it if no-one was around to do it for me. This one we both use it all the time, it is so much easier to use. The cutter also works well, I had my doubts that it would, but it hasn't missed a beat.

      • Good to hear.

  • Any one know how this compares to the Inkbird vs02 model that's more expensive?

    • +2

02 have chamber for bag roll, so it's bigger.
Also more powerful based on the spec table 85kpa vs 80kpa

      • Do you think it's worth the extra $$ with 5Kpa more and the chamber for the bag roll?

        • Also am contemplating about getting the model INK-VS02. Love the idea of the plastic bag roll stored inside the unit.

        • 5kpa makes no difference IMO.

Chamber for bag roll is good if you don't mind the bigger size.

thanks, hadn't noticed that - also it has pulse mode. Looked it up, that means you can do things like bread where you manually set the vacuum level so it doesn't crush it.

  • Have this.. roughly used once or twice a week.. part of the sealer peeled off in about a month.. have to restraighten it each time and sometimes still does not seal properly.. don't think it would last any longer.. would I recommend? Yep.. does the job for the most part.. mine might have just been faulty..

For those thinking of the INK-VS02, a bit cheaper at $86.99 as opposed to $90.47 from eBay.
