Yep agree. The FLX4 was just introduced but is over $700. Could get an FLX6 for under $700 off eBay sales.
bought FLX4 for 500 2 days ago on Amazon - no delivery date yet
they are ~600 in every other DJ shop (pre orders only)
Wow great deal. Most places I saw had them for around $600 I think. $500 is a great price.
If you already own a ddj-400 there no big reason to purchase an FLX4 (unit to replace DDJ-400), unless you want a entry level controller that can be used with both Rekordbox and Serato. So I can't see the 2nd market being flooded with the DDJ-400.
If you're price conscious, and you plan on using Rekordbox software only, then I'd recommend this.
Wowww was waiting for a sale price for like 6 months. Ended up buying it without a box for like 370 which was a good price (a couple weeks back). But wow I could have had a box AND saved money!! Rip
I feel that the FLX4 is not worth it at the moment. You either get a cheap DDJ 400 or go straight to the FLX6 ($700-ish) with bigger jog wheels and nicer blue theme layout. Im not a fan of the yellow buttons on the FLX4. It is also missing the silver outline on the jog wheels to make the thing "pop".

Good price but it was recently replaced by new unit so I expect prices to stay down and second hand market to be overflown with this units.
