Voting down because its TheHut.

My first order for 3 navy blue shirts, one was light blue, one was orange, one was yellow.

My 2nd order for a XXXL jumper, I checked the sizing chart also keeping in mind that the first order of XXL shirts were more than big enough. It arrives and it doesn't even pass my belt and its too tight. Even though it says XXXL on the label its medium at the most.

My 3rd order for a XXL red jacket, the size was right this time but the jacket was pink instead of red.

I wrote to them about every order and they send a automated response to "send back the faulty item" and I may or may not get refunded depending on their decision once it is returned.

I'm doubt everyone gets sh!t products and service from TheHut but they seem to just send me whatever garbage they have lying around that is close enough to what I ordered.
