While it isn't as smart as Wear OS smartwatches such as the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 or the Ticwatch Pro3, it makes up for it with battery endurance, lasting you typically 7 days with normal usage. Now you can wear your watch to bed without worrying about a flat battery when you get up in the morning.

Another watch worth considering is the GT 2 e for $135 ~ $139 which the previous model, which has similar health / sport / fitness tracker functionality. It comes in several sporty colors: Black, Green, White or Red. It does not have a microphone or speaker.
Since HUAWEI is embargoed & cannot utilise some of Google's closed source API's, none of their watch lineup will work with Google Pay (Wallet) and as such HUAWEI has not bothered with adding NFC to these watches.

Runs Wear OS and using a outdated CPU, so the battery life (in full smartwatch mode) is also not great at just 2 days, but its the cheapest Android Wear OS smartwatch you can get, and it will have NFC for Google Wallet payments. Also very chonky at 45mm.
