No, it's specifically designed for the iPad Air (i.e. the camera cutout, otherwise it would've also fit an iPad Pro 11").
Yeah I mean just the keyboard
It uses the Smart Connector on the iPad, so in theory if you can actually physically attach it to the iPad itself somehow, then yes… I guess…? But your limitation here is going to be the case fit. It's not Bluetooth so you can't connect wirelessly to another device, and it doesn't have independent power, for instance, so you don't need to (can't) recharge it.

Good case, but the weight really kills it for me. Recently sold mine because it just makes the device too heavy to carry around. At least KB is detachable - but yeah 574 g is a bit much to carry around for a small device like iPad, just beware of that if you're buying and don't use the keyboard much.
Regardless, excellent price, good deal.
