I miss the days of normal 20% off. Not only do we miss the upfront discount and remember to buy more with the credit, but we used to get credit back if we bought something full price in the last 2 weeks prior to the 20% sale and now we miss out

Call them. Ive found them to be amazing. Every time I 'forget' and let my credit expire, a quick call and they re-add it.
Only happened about 4 times over the years; but never a fight about it.

credits expiring soon and didn't find anything to buy even during the black friday sale. Anyone know if we can use credits to buy gift cards in store? (tried online and its not possible)
Short expiry, this is not a good deal from SCA. Credit needs to be regulated next…
