Free skin consult and express acne treatment available at Clear Skincare. Must provide details to receive voucher. I have used Clear Skincare in the past (many years ago) and found it to be good. There are stores located in all states except TAS and NT. Also available in NZ.

Terms & Conditions: One entry per person. Must not have had our Signature Acne Treatment before. Treatment cannot be swapped with any other treatment. Treatment not redeemable for cash. Expires in 3 months. Not transferable.

Keep clicking around on the calendar until "There are no openings that match your preferences, the next opening is available on XX/YY/202X" if you can't find a booking. For me, Canberra was mostly empty, Manuka was easy to find an appointment.

I had trouble at the start, so a quick guide:

    1. Go here: https://clearskincare.zenoti.com/WebStore/Categories.aspx?It…
    2. Click your desired location
    3. Skin + Acne tab
    4. Acne + Breakouts tab
    5. Express Signature Acne Treatment (+ Complimentary Consultation, if you want - its also free) add to booking/book
    6. Choose your date
    7. Enter Details
    8. Purchase, code is "FREEACNE" should make it $0.00

Thanks OP, have been struggling with acne for 2 years.

Have you tried scrubbing your face? Not being rude I'm serious, for 99% of people it's just not giving their face a proper wash regularly. Acne treatments are often snake oil and a waste of money.

Hmm are you a dermatologist? If not, I think that statistic is wildly inaccurate and you’re just full of hot air.

      • Nope, i have been prescribed epiduo and antibiotics though by a dermatologist but still get occasional ones.

        • Are you using a chemical exfoliant?
If not, try the ordinary glycolic acid every night.

          • @Ughhh: Corsx aha/bha once a week. Thank you, will look into this as well

            • @Tarapara: Hi @Tarapara, sorry to jump in on the post but saw this. Let me know if you want some help organising a consult + free treatment to have a look at your acne. A fun fact about clear skincare, the founders started the company to primarily help to adult acne that was accessible for all.

I would recommend that we get you to have a free skin consult, there are a number of treatments for acne but its really about choosing the right one for your needs. Also having a skin consult lets you talk to our experienced therapists and if you feel confident in their hands. As any health treatment ultimately you need trust the therapist or doctor that is going to be working with you. Happy to organise if you need some help.

              Thanks

Just FYI, the express acne treatment is only for people with sebaceous pimples. One trip later and i'm now booked for $1k+ worth of skin treatments.

    • Exactly! My wife visited them and they suggested that after she got 3 spots on her face cleaned, she'll have to apply some ointments and creams worth $300 for the next couple of weeks.

      • Hi @SiddAjmera let me know of the outcome and if it is working. PM me if there are any questions or concerns as well.

        Thanks

        • @Clear skincare, it doesn't make sense to do it if there's a mandatory upsell of $300+. So we ended up not going ahead with it.

          • @SiddAjmera: @SiddAjmera i agree and have said in other threads that you need to feel confident and trust in who is looking after you. When that doesn't happen i wouldn't buy from a retailer or company either.
