Hi all,

I just popped in to my local Chemist Warehouse and saw a QR code next to the Hydralyte packs. Looks like you can get a $10 Digital Visa Card as an online cashback when purchasing a 60 Tablet Pack ($23.99). I've put my claim in, the site says it will be actioned in 3 business days.

Eligible Purchases must be made from a participating Chemist Warehouse in Australia. The Promotional Period commences at 12:00am AEST 30 January 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST 12 February 2025. Claim period ends 11:59pm AEST 26 February 2025. Valid on Hydralyte 60s Value Pack products only. Open to Australian residents aged 18+ only.

      “Participating Store” means a participating Chemist Warehouse store in Australia thatdisplays the details of this Offer in its store.

      Based on that I'll delete my comment above, but I don't understand why purchasing instore with said display would matter though?

      Couldn't see anywhere it says has to be retail, so I did online and it's being delivered by a specific retail store so I just put the digital receipts up.

        It says where the promo material / sign is displayed in store. Are you sure that store in participating?

            @Quantico: It says something about 'purchase has to be made from participating stores' at the 2nd last step but I found out about it after purchasing online so I'm also submitting my email receipt, hopefully they'll approve our claims

    Last time they ran this they denied my claim that perfectly met the terms. Ignored emails and i had to be one of "those people" on their Facebook page before they did anything about it. I'll pass and just buy a cheaper/different brand.

    These cashbacks are a hit and miss, still didn’t get mine from Zyrtec. Aren’t they using e-gift visa now or are they sending physical card to the address?

    I place my claim on monday and received my gift card today.

    I suspect they issue gift cards in batches. Prepaid visa card if anyone is wondering.

      However tried to use the card to purchase a $10.41 Woolworths gift card on RACV Rewards and it failed :(

        Try logging into True Rewards card portal.

        I hadn't received my card so contacted them and they told me they had send me an email (they hadn't) and to get in touch with True Rewards. Instead I logged into True Rewards card portal with the email i used with the submission and could see the digital Visa card ready for use.

      A week after I hadn’t received mine, I used the cashback contact form to inform them. Next day I received two emails, a response to my contact, and the gift card.
