    the higher the omega3 mg ratio within per mg fish oil capsule, the better

    the usual ones 300mg omega3 in 1000mg fish oil capsule / 450mg omega3 in 1500mg fish oil capsule

    some salmon fish oil has 300mg omega3 in 600mg fish oil capsule

    wildfish oil touted to be less fresh (risks of gone rancid) as they only brought back from the sea for processing after so long

    last i read of a report on testing of multiple fish oil products , most were rancid, gone bad & toxic

    Not true. Plenty of articles online about the differences.

    Heavy metals, form (triglyceride or not), whether mixed with inferior oils, some are rancid, etc.
