Ikea, any of the 4 pack of eneloop rechargeable batteries with chargers from many of our local shops. Generally if you search eneloop on this forum you'll see all the recommendations :)
I think GordonD may have been alluding to the fact all rechargeables are 1.2V not 1.5V making them unsuitable for some uses … especially ones that use a larger number of cells.

What do you run that needs 1.5V? I have everything battery powered in my place running off rechargeable batteries.
With the rise in price of electricity it costs too much to recharge them.
