Experience Luc Besson’s 1997 sci-fi classic in stunning 4K. New York, the twenty-third century. The Earth is about to be destroyed by a huge ball of fire racing toward the planet. Cornelius, an old monk, knows how to stop the burning sphere: the Fifth Element, the Supreme Being, who unites the four basic Elements — air, water, fire and earth — must be summoned for it is the only being who can stop Evil. Cornelius, with help from Korben Dallas (Bruce Willis) a taxi driver and former secret agent, and Leeloo (Mila Jovovich) an alien in the shape of a beautiful, orange haired woman, set off on a myriad of adventures in an attempt to save humanity and fight the horrendous Zorg (Gary Oldman).

Love the movie, love 4k but $33 for a 25-year-old movie is not a bargain

    • +4

Have you considered it's $33 for Bruce Willis in 4k?

    • +1

Is it cheaper somewhere else or is the downvote based on your opinion that old movies can't be worth $33?

      • -1

Its been cheaper or the same price before on Amazon. Not a bargain.

  • can this be played on ps5 and get the full 4k experience?

    • If you count Dolby Vision in your full 4K experience then no. But it will play fine in a PS5.

      • Sorry what does that mean Jake T? Are you saying the disc this deal relates to has Dolby Vision, but a PS5 isn’t able to playback with Dolby Vision?

        • Yeah that’s about the gist. Hopefully the PS5 will support it in future but currently the only way to play Dolby Vision from a disc is with a dedicated player.

  • Have the 4K disc but this is a ridiculous price.

Agreed not a deal you can usually buy it from thai market place for less than $5

    • +5

Do you have THIS Ultra 4K disc or the one from Sony released via JBHiFi in Australia in 2017?

Because this version, fro Studiocanal is apparently steps above the Sony 4k release according to AVForums:

"The Fifth Element celebrated its 20th Anniversary with an impressive 4K release in 2017, but three years later, and Studiocanal somehow tops it for a Dolby Vision-enhanced 4K version in the UK."

Price is relative. Value and quality are in the eyes of the beholder.
