My cat would not fit inside that, let alone a dog.

Miele C3 is better, got mine for under $400 but seems the price has gone up a bit but would still say worth getting that over this especially if you have allergies.

Yeah C3 is way better. Amazon has the Complete C3 Family All-rounder $509, Cat and Dog around same price as this deal.

yep that's the one I have, hopefully with the black Friday and Christmas/boxing day sale coming up it will become cheaper

I have this, one made in 2018. Turbo head is a lifesaver when picking up even tiny debris hidden in carpet piles. But it is not perfect, long hair is wrapped around its roller and is hard to remove. Not sure about the new versions though. Once a year, I change the filter which costs around 50 bucks and a vacuum bag will last almost 3-4 months.

        • I just get the bags and they have tgise white filter stuff to change.
Haven't changed anything else the past 3 years and is still working like new and we have a 5 bedroom house.

    • I used to buy genuine bags for C3 from a seller on eBay UK. A$46 for 3x 4packs. Unfortunately, Miele now banned unauthorised dealers selling their vacuum bags and accessories. Can’t seem to find vacuum bags for less than $30 anywhere.
      Any decent aftermarket alternative?

      • I got something from good guys and brought that extra warranty, so whenever i get that $20 voucher i buy these vacuum bags and price match to the cheapest store aswell.

Amazon is selling 16 packs for $89: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B01EAACFX0

  • We picked this up for $690 10 months ago, real happy with it (well the performance, if I coulda got it cheaper I woulda but couldn’t drive to Adelaide to pick up and we needed a vacuum).

Can join g'day rewards (2 years for $50) and get this for $619 from good guys commercial.
Or the C3 cat and dog for $530.
Good deal though if you don't want to stuff around.

  • Is this a good vacuum for mainly doing wooden floor?

    Thanks

How would this compare to the Miele boost CX1 dog and cat? Only $515 and also has turbo head.
