Been using this size for years, I now think dual screen is way over rated.
The only problem I feel using one large monitor and 2 windows side by side is, you are either looking a bit to the left or right. Having 2 monitors mean you can have one straight in front of you and another at an angle to the side. Ergonomically better for the neck unless you always tend to use one app straight in the middle. Thats the only thing holding me back from using a single large/ultrawide monitors over 2 standard 27" QHD monitors.
I primarily use main monitor for coding and side monitor for internet.

Same, one 32" in front and one old FHD 24" Portrait.
Or better yet curved 34 uwqhd
@superforever: That'll do it š for me going from 27' 1080 to 34' 1440 was a game changer.
I won't ever go back
60hz is too low , 75hz for this price with be nicer
Those crypto graphs are mirrored
Trader spoted.
Good monitor.
High shipping cost. Regular courier $85 to Brisbane, $489 express.
Looks interesting. Shame I don't have a graphics card for the monitor output.
Sell a kidney or two for a 4090 then. Problem solved. š
Looking at the price, I don't think two of my kidneys would suffice!
If you're not wanting to pay top dollar, 6800/6900xt have enough power and vram to comfortably push these.
That said used 3080tis have reach affordable territory and even 3090s can be had for not much more than 1000.
4000 is not worth it til they clear 3000 stock and drop price. Amds new offering may be good but we've yet to see benchmarks
Surely not worth it just for factory calibration when you're in the space of 4K 144Hz IPS, almost in the space of 4K 120Hz OLED, 4K 144Hz VA, and professional grade IPS options.
Some of those would land in the 32"-48" range.
Under-appreciated comment!
Downvoted when adding information about factory calibration that is only spotted by people who know the HP Z43 series (not in the post description or even Scorptec product description)
Would this price point be unique for the "big screen" use case ~42.5-inch category?
Quad-screen specific use case
Seems potentially advantageous in comparison to the new niche 16:18 duo vertical stack monitor
There's been 48" 4K 120Hz OLED monitors for around $1000, might still be there. They would be preferred for maybe everything but document work. 42" options will start appearing soon.
Now 42" is monitor standard
