Not OzBargain's most loved mesh but it is (almost) the cheapest I've seen it.
It was actually $219 ($208.05 with coupon) but increased before I could post. I just got it setup and works well for our needs.

Using the previoud gen MW6 (3 x nodes) on nbn HFC.
No issues for the last few years.
Its very basic compared to high end stuff like Orbi.
Im ok with that.
I have the MW6 and they're amazing.
Double storey, 4 nodes (2 down stairs, 2 upstairs), almost no loss on down/up speed and latency.
The nodes are connected ci network cable or just to power point?

data transmission is wireless.
Still happy with my MW6, does a great job in my 2 storey home
Using MW6 4-pack in bridge mode. Been told it is an overkill for my single storey house so I undeploy 2 and keep it as spares. Very basic but does the job well.
I use mw6 full speed through whole house
you can get two Asus CT8's on eBay for under $300. Or a 2 unit Tp-link Deco M9 setup for only a few bucks more than this 3pack.
you can get the tplink Deco x55 2 pack for 280$ on amazon. would that be a better buy?
In my opinion it's better to go tri-band if you aren't using ethernet for the other units. Most people don't, so tri-band is preferable.

might be cheaper elsewhere. These are a no brainer.
happy with the MW6. 2 nodes with ethernet backhaul.
no extras. But it just works. there's something to be said for no "the internet's not working"
What's the node handover like? most cheap units don't allow any adjustment to this, it's painfully annoying if you like seamless wifi and the ability to move around your house without cut offs for video calls or wifi calls etc.
